1.2
To shop at Decolia, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent in accordance with applicable legislation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if incorrect information is provided, there is suspicion of fraud, or if the purchase cannot be fulfilled for any other reason.
1.3
We strive to ensure all information on the Website is accurate and up to date. Despite this, errors may occur, for example regarding product descriptions, images, stock status, technical specifications, or prices.
Decolia reserves the right to correct errors, update information, and adjust prices without prior notice. If an incorrect price has been listed for a product that has already been ordered, we will contact you before processing the order further.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors and details may vary depending on factors such as the display or printing material.
1.4
All content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, product names, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, design, and other material, belongs to Decolia or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other applicable legislation.
Material from the Website may not be copied, distributed, published, or used without Decolia’s written permission.
2. Order and Agreement
2.1
When you place an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.2
A binding purchase agreement is only formed when Decolia has sent an order confirmation to the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
We recommend that you save the order confirmation, as it serves as a receipt and contains important information about your order.
Until the order confirmation has been sent, you have the right to cancel your order. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used for the purchase.
3. Customer Details and User Account
3.1
When registering an account or placing an order, you are asked to provide certain personal information.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct and up to date. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect delivery and order handling.
Information about how we process personal data is found in our Privacy Policy.
3.2
If you have a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activities and orders made via your account until you have notified Decolia of suspected unauthorized use.
3.3
Decolia reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a customer account if there is suspicion of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4. Special Terms for AI-Generated Art
4.1
Some products sold by Decolia may be wholly or partially created using artificial intelligence (AI). These designs are produced using advanced AI models and may then be processed or customized before being offered for sale.
4.2
We strive to make each design unique. Given the large amount of existing artwork and how AI technology works, we cannot guarantee that similarities with other works will never occur.
4.3
All intellectual property rights to the Website, AI systems, and the content provided by Decolia belong to Decolia or our licensors.
Upon purchase, the customer receives a right to use the product for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or reproduction requires written permission from Decolia.
4.4
AI-generated art is based on algorithmic processes and should not be considered an expression of human artistic intentions or feelings. The experience and interpretation of the designs are subjective.
4.5
Decolia is not responsible for any perceived similarities between AI-generated designs and other existing works, or for individual interpretations of the designs.
4.6
By using any AI services offered by Decolia, you accept that we have the right to refuse or reject content that in our assessment is illegal, offensive, inappropriate, infringing on copyright, or otherwise unsuitable.
4.7
Decolia reserves the right to update or modify these special AI terms at any time if required due to technological development or changed legislation.
5. Prices and Payment
5.1
All prices listed on the Website are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
Any shipping costs, delivery fees, or other additional charges are displayed at checkout before completing the purchase.
5.2
Decolia offers the payment methods that are shown at checkout on the Website at any given time.
Payment is made in accordance with the terms of the payment method you select. For invoice or installment payments, a credit check may be conducted by our payment partner in accordance with applicable legislation.
We reserve the right to restrict or change available payment options if required for technical or security reasons.
6. Campaigns and Offers
From time to time, Decolia may offer campaigns, discount codes, or other offers.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following applies:
-
Campaigns cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes.
-
Discounts apply only during the specified campaign period.
-
Offers are valid while stocks last.
-
Decolia reserves the right to terminate or modify a campaign at any time, for example due to technical errors, misuse, or obvious price errors.
When a campaign ends, regular prices and terms apply.
7. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased via Decolia are valid for two (2) years from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards can only be used as payment on www.decolia.se and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards are not replaced.
If a purchase is paid for partially with a gift card and partially with another payment method, any refund will first be returned to the original payment method in accordance with applicable rules.
Unless otherwise stated, gift cards cannot be combined with discount codes or other campaigns.
8. Delivery
8.1
Delivery times are listed on each product page and when you place your order.
Normally, stocked products are shipped within the delivery time specified on the Website. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will occur no later than 30 days after your order has been confirmed.
8.2
If a delivery is significantly delayed and the delay is not due to you as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
We will inform you as soon as possible if there is a delay.
8.3
When your order has been shipped, you will receive delivery information from your selected carrier.
If a package is not picked up within the specified time and is returned to Decolia, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee corresponding to our actual costs for return shipping, handling, and administration.
Special terms may apply for custom-made or individually tailored products if the shipment is not picked up.
8.4
Risk of the product transfers to you when you or someone acting on your behalf has received the delivery.
If a shipment is damaged during transport or does not arrive, you should contact Decolia’s customer service as soon as possible, and we will help you investigate the matter with the carrier.
9. Right of Cancellation and Returns
9.1
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within the period specified on the Website, but at least within the cancellation period required by applicable consumer legislation.
The cancellation period starts from the day you or someone receiving the goods on your behalf has taken delivery of the order.
Individually tailored products or products made according to the customer’s specific wishes are not subject to the right of cancellation according to applicable law.
9.2
If a product is delivered sealed and the seal is broken in a way that means the product can no longer be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the right of cancellation expires in accordance with applicable law.
9.3
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact Decolia before the cancellation period expires.
The message should include:
-
name
-
address
-
email address
-
order number
-
which products are being returned
You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard form for exercising the right of cancellation.
9.4
When returning a product, you are responsible for it until it is back at Decolia.
The product must be returned well-packaged and in substantially unchanged condition. If the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its properties and functionality, a deduction may be made for any loss in value according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for cancelled purchases.
9.5
When a return has been received and approved, Decolia will refund the amount paid for the returned products.
Any deductions may be made for loss in value if the product has been used to a greater extent than required to examine it.
9.6
Refund will be made without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days from when we received your message that you wish to cancel the purchase.
We reserve the right to wait for the refund until the returned product has been received or you have demonstrated that it has been sent back.
Refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Warranty and Complaints
10.1
Some products sold by Decolia may be covered by a warranty. Information about any warranty period or special warranty terms is found in the product information or on the Website.
The warranty covers only original material or manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, or modifications made by the customer.
Your order confirmation serves as proof of purchase and should be saved for the duration of the warranty period.
10.2
If a product is defective, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
A complaint should be filed within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. A complaint filed within two months of the defect being discovered is always considered timely.
According to Swedish law, you have the right to complain about original defects for up to three years from when the product was received.
10.3
If a complaint is approved, Decolia covers reasonable costs for return shipping or other agreed handling.
10.4
When we have received and reviewed the complained product, the case will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
If the complaint is approved, the defect may be addressed through repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Decolia follows decisions from Swedish Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in cases where a dispute has been reviewed there.
11. External Links

If such a situation arises, we will inform you as soon as it is practical.
If the obstacle persists for an extended period, both the customer and Decolia have the right to cancel the purchase without liability for damages.
13. Changes to Terms of Sale
Decolia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
The version applicable to your purchase is the one that was published on the Website at the time the order was placed.
We recommend that you regularly review the latest version of our Terms of Sale.
14. Invalidity
If any provision in these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
In such a case, the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that achieves the same purpose as closely as possible.
15. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law.
