Delivery Policy

At Decolia, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find information about our deliveries, delivery times, and what to do if something unexpected occurs.


Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, stock status, and delivery address.

The estimated delivery time is shown on the respective product page as well as in the checkout before you complete your order.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with details about the shipment and any tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by, for example, high order volume, the carrier's handling, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Order Processing

We process orders as soon as possible after payment has been approved.

Orders containing multiple products may in some cases be split and delivered in separate shipments at no extra cost to you.


Shipping Costs

Current shipping costs are always shown in the checkout before the purchase is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping as part of promotions or for purchases over a certain order value.


Delivery Methods

Decolia collaborates with established carriers to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.

Available delivery options are shown in the checkout and may vary depending on the delivery address and the contents of your order.


Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is not picked up within the time frame specified by the carrier, it will be returned to Decolia.

For unclaimed shipments, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to our actual costs for return shipping, handling, and administration.

If your order contains made-to-order or personalized products, special terms may apply.


Shipping Damage

If your shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you document the damage and contact both the carrier and Decolia's customer service as soon as possible.

If a product has been damaged during transit, we will of course help you find a solution through replacement delivery, a refund, or other appropriate action in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed, we will do our best to notify you as soon as we receive information from the carrier.

If the delivery is significantly delayed and the delay is not your fault, you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Incorrect Delivery

If you have received the wrong product or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

To help us assist you faster, you can attach:

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs if relevant


Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details when placing an order.

If incorrect address details cause the shipment to be returned to Decolia, additional shipping costs may apply for a new delivery.


International Deliveries

Decolia offers deliveries to many countries.

Available delivery countries, delivery times, shipping costs, and any local fees will be shown in the checkout before the purchase is completed.

Any customs duties, import fees, or other local taxes outside of the EU are the responsibility of the recipient, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
